Services as unique as your wedding; from basic coordination to full service planning.

Wedding Coordination

Commonly referred to as "Day-Of Coordination" - Our simplest wedding offering made for couples who have their planning under control, but are seeking a coordinator to take things over the finish line, whether it be through event set up, vendor management, behind the scenes tasks on your wedding day, etc. Services begin 60 days (2 months) prior, includes unlimited communication, offers extensive onsite coverage, a detailed timeline, wedding emergency kit access, and so much more. We currently offer two coordination packages to serve our variety of clients: a basic coordination package and a premium (more of a [wedding] bells and whistles) coordination package.

Coordination pricing starts at $1500

Wedding Planning

Wedding planning services are available in full-service and partial-planning packages. Whether you want to start with us from square one or you're realizing halfway through planning that you've taken on a bit more than you can handle, we're here to help. Choose your desired level of involvement and we'll respect your boundaries while having TONS of fun. Planning services begin immediately upon booking (moving at the pace you desire) and include onsite coordination services. We do offer two pre-set planning packages, but we can always adjust the packages to match your vision during our consultation.

Looking for something unique, custom, under a time crunch, or out of the ordinary? Send us an inquiry! We understand that no two events are exactly alike, so we're always open to exploring new concepts. If we'd be a good fit for each other, we'd be happy to create a custom package that fits your specific goals.

Send us an inquiry! Tell us a little about you, your event, and what you're looking for. Please be as detailed as possible in your inquiry so that we can steer you in the right direction. We'll typically get back to you within 24-48 hours.



If we have availability on your date and we feel like you'd make a great fit, we'll send over our services brochure and invite you to schedule a consult with us. We'll talk more about your event and get to know each other a little bit!



After our consult, we'll send over a formal proposal. Like what you see? Let's get you booked! Once official, we'll get you all onboarded and ready to go. The best part? You get to relax knowing your event is in great hands.
