We love all sorts of celebrations over here.
Birthdays, retirements, family celebrations, holidays, corporate events, and more! Although the bulk of our bookings are from wedding clients, we always love having the opportunity to work on other celebrations. Whether a small gathering of 25 close friends or a big bash with over 500 attendees - we've done it all. There are so many different celebrations out there, each with different needs, so we'll put together a custom package for you based on our conversation.

We have experience in executing a variety of events, therefore understand the differing levels of planning or coordination that may be needed for your group. Whitetail Events is able to work with you on a level you desire through completely customizable services. We're are also available for unique event-related jobs that may not require the "full shebang" of typical coordination or planning (think boots on the ground, check-in help, design, event management team, etc).
